Our handcrafted cosmetics are customized specifically for you according to your preferences.  These products are to be used for cosmetic purposes only. They are not designed to replace any medically prescribed products or treatments. We recommend that, before using, you consult a healthcare professional, if you have specific medical or dermatological concerns about their suitability for you. 

3. Made-to-Order Products

All products offered by Momma E's, LLC are made to order. We craft each product with great care and attention to detail to ensure you receive a high-quality item tailored to your preferences. As a result, there will be a production and processing time of 7-10 business days, including shipping time, from the date of your order confirmation. 

4. Storage Recommendations

To ensure the longevity and effectiveness of our products, we package them in amber or dark-colored containers designed to prevent UV light penetration. Proper storage helps maximize the product's freshness and efficacy. For optimal product quality and shelf life, we recommend that you store our cosmetics in cool, dry areas, away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, or humidity. 

5. Product Usage

We provide detailed product information on our website and instructions on the product label. Please follow these guidelines for safe and effective product use. If you experience any adverse reactions or discomfort while using our products, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. 

6. Shipping and Delivery

We make every effort to ship your orders promptly to the address you provided during checkout. However, please note that shipping times may vary based on your location, chosen shipping method and other factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee delivery times but will strive to ensure timely delivery. We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

We take pride in our products and strive to provide you with high quality, customized cosmetics. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please refer to our separate Refund and Return Policy for information regarding returns and refunds.
